2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update this information as necessary.

ClientHubly is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

ClientHubly operates on a subscription basis.

→ Pricing is charged per user (seat), per workspace

→ Each workspace is billed separately

→ Payments are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to the platform, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, whether used or unused.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

→ Cancellation will stop future billing

→ You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

→ Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities

→ Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system

→ Interfere with the performance or security of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruptions.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClientHubly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
